Around five hundred British cars congregated on Oak Park in Arvada on September 16th for the annual Colorado English Motoring Conclave. The sheer quantity of classic British cars, all in excellent condition, was overwhelming as it's not the sort of car you see driving around Colorado very often. The crowd had a very low key demeanor which made for a lot of fun, and a few people showed their sense of humor with things such as a wind-up handle (like for a wind-up toy) protruding through the front grill of a Mini, or an Austin-Healey surrounded by a giant box to make it look like one of the toy cars you see for sale in stores. It's a fantastic show and well worth the price (free for spectators!). See below for some pictures from the event.
