Terry Barton, the woman who started the devastating Hayman Fire, may get a new trial. She had appealed her twelve year prison sentence, an action which a judge has ruled violates her plea agreement. It’s now up to prosecutors to decide whether to ask for a new trial or a new sentence hearing. (read more here)
