Most of these are from OutThereColorado.  Of course, the secret sledding spot in Woodland Park is just off Rampart Range road.  Head up the road, veer left at the fork (at the water tanks), then veer left again at the top where it quickly becomes dirt.  A tenth of a mile later there's a big parking area on the right side of the road, that's it!
